No. They get an email with a button and a one-time access code. They sign in with their email, no password, and the session stays active for 30 days.
How much does signing cost?
Nothing, ever. Signing is free for every client. Credits only unlock the rest of the page — deposit and delivery.
How does the client pay the deposit?
By bank transfer, into your account: they see the IBAN and reference, then tap “I paid”. You confirm when the money arrives. You can also accept card as a secondary option.
Where do delivered files live?
With you. You paste a WeTransfer or Drive link, and the page unlocks it after signing and payment. Enkria doesn’t host files.
Is there in-app chat?
No. The WhatsApp button opens a conversation on your own number — where your client already messages you.
