In Romania, deposits are paid by bank. Enkria puts the IBAN and reference in plain sight, and you confirm when the money lands.

- You only pay for clients after your first 3, once for each, not every month.

- You pay for credits by card (Stripe), directly to Enkria. Your client’s bank transfer goes straight to your account, with no Enkria fee.

Does my client need an account?
No. They get an email with a button and a one-time access code. They sign in with their email, no password, and the session stays active on that device.
How much does signing cost?
Nothing, ever. Signing is free for every client. Credits only unlock the rest of the page — deposit, delivery and messages.
How does the client pay the deposit?
By bank transfer, into your account: they see the IBAN and reference, then tap “I paid”. You confirm when the money arrives.
Where do delivered files live?
Wherever you choose. Usually you paste a WeTransfer or Drive link; logos, proofs and small attachments can be uploaded straight to Enkria. You decide when your client sees them — for example after the deposit or after full payment.
Can I talk to my client in Enkria?
Yes. Every project has a Messages thread between you and your client, for project-related conversation. The thread is available once the client page is unlocked.
